    Dr. Kerski, your article highlights the the intersection of where Geodesy (the scientific study of the size, shape, and gravity field of the Earth) meets Geography. This underscores the fact that our means to measure our precise location on the surface of the Earth using Global Navigation Satellite Systems (including GPS) can measure such small changes as shown by continental drift due to plate tectonics. Great reporting sir.

      Thank you Dr Jeffress. Absolutely. Your excellent program at TAMUCC that integrates geodesy into GIS and Geography is one that I hold up as a model for other universities to follow.
